Warranty and Returns
Avalon Electronics is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service, and we aim to make your experience one that will make you our customer for life.
A one year warranty is offered on all of our products, and exchange is available for all defective products. Exchange is for the same product only, please, though all of our items are thoroughly tested prior to shipping to ensure complete functionality.
Please report defective items to us within a period of 7 days of arrival otherwise a replacement may not be able to be issued. If an item is deemed to be defective, we will ask you to return the item to our office. After item has been received by us and is confirmed to be defective, return shipping will be promptly refunded to the buyer.
A $20.00 flat shipping charge is added to all orders at checkout.
If Item is not in stock we will order it and have it shipped directly from the factory to you. As items are shipped directly from overseas, they will often be marked with a price for customs purposes. Please note this is not a receipt and is not the actual cost of the item. Additionally, on rare occasions, import duties may be charged by Customs in your country, and due to the impossibility of knowing when these duties may be incurred or for how much these duties are in your country, we can not be responsible for these fees if incurred.
